Why am I paying so much for constant crashing?

I don't understand how everyone has justified paying over $70 + for a game that crashes every 30 minutes.... I was told to buy on the PC because the Switch could not handle it and that is why there were so many crashes. So I bought on the PC. IT STILL CRASHES every 30 minutes of game play. So far today I have crashed for: looking at a picture I need to complete a quest, trying to hand Maui items to complete a quest, trying to upgrade a stall for goofy, picking up a memory, and trying to serve a meal at Remy's. There are SO MANY things that crash. Developers are asking us to continue shelling out money for a game that is out of early access but is obviously incomplete and crashes in so many areas. I am so tired of the crashes - the developers need to do better. I refuse to buy the expansion until this game is playable.

I'd guess that the people who said to buy it. . . aren't having constant crashing.

(personally, I bought it last December, on sale for. . . low 20's? And then the DLC when it released. I had three freezes way back in the beginning, and a couple minor landscape bugs. That's it. Never had a crash. Not sure what to say, I have no idea why some of us can play perfectly fine, while others are plagued with all sorts of quest & performance bugs.)

Yea I can only guess other people are not having the same issues... It just gets so frustrating. I would not complain at all if I have played for nearly a year and only had three freezes (and it sounds like most of those were during early access). Sigh... I guess I am just not meant to play. I am glad it is working out for you though and you are finding joy in it.

It hasn't really given me any trouble, Been playing since launch and I guess there were a couple crashes over that time but mostly been ok, by launch I mean the first week of early access, I would say check your specs, check how much storage you have, this game is not a "runs on potato" kind of game, this game does need a decent machine to run.

Yeah not everyone has the same issues... I never really crashed like that, you would need to contact them, make sure everything is updated in your computer.

I had many crash after the last update. I play in a laptop and I put all game's graphics at the lowest I could. It changed nothing in the pictures and it's OK for me after that. Gameloft made me install the game again... but nothing worked.

I am having trouble with the game when I bought the game three days ago and the game was perfectly fine no crashes and yesterday and today when ever I play it's fine for a couple of minutes and it crashes so I looked up how to deal with it and I restart my laptop and I am thinking about uninstalling the game or even steam but I am afraid that it'll mess it up.
