Report a translation problem
If it it a bug, which often can happen with time travel or in general then all you can do is join their discord and see if someone found another fix or submit a ticket, tho most people never get an answer
(kind of like how, in the original base game, you'd end up with all the flowers on the other side of a blocked-off river in a biome.)
My game is out of synch. I only noticed it when I went to check the settings, the error doesn't show up on steam, just in the game. When I first checked it had been out of synch for 14 days. I manually updated it, played some time and the flowers started spawning again (not a lot of them, but enough to let me finish the quest). I logged in the next day and it was out of synch again, and it's been like that all the time since then. I have to manually update it each time, it just stopped auto-synching for some reason (?).
