Travel between Eternity Isle and the valley

[On the farm]

I am not sure what happened, but suddenly I can not travel between the Isle and the Valley.

Thats weird, for me still works.

Pressing M > then T > then click valley.

I have done that. i also tried returning to the valley via the boat and that kicks me out of the game too. I have tried closing out of the game, closing Steam and restarting it... not sure what is up. I had no problems until 2 days ago. I love Eternity Isle...but still need to get to the valley for the Christmas stuff....and increasing friendship levels with newest characters. Its frustrating... this is my very favorite game right now. UGH. How do I report the issue to the programmers I wonder?
