Glitchy Pixel Duplicate issue

I had 2 of these in my storage in my house. The next day they disappeared from my storage. I know there is a problem using them but did that glitch cause them to disappear from my storage.

At this time, do not use Glitchy Pixel Duplicate items to replace crafting components.

Our team is aware of an issue where the use of this item will remove items stores of other ingredients used, including Dreamlight.
They have said remove it from you storage and put it on the ground somewhere in your house so it will not get used by accident
