Can't login out of cloud save

My daughter and I used to login each out of cloud save and back in. So we both could play dreamlight valley. I haven't played in over a month. So today I went to play, she is login and I can't login her out.

Surly we aren't the only 2 people who want to play dreamlight valley on the same pc. Why can't they have multiplayer save files!?!?!?

I have not been able to log out either. After 5 emails back and forth they want my user ID but i can't get it because I can't log in. not sure what is going to happen now.

It's the same for me since the update. I have 2 games: main one andone to decorate and try things. If you try, try and try again and again, it usually is ok. But since the update, I have difficulties to switch between my games, it happens it works but I chose to stay on my main game because it's very very difficult. Gameloft do nothing, it's a cloud problem.

i figured it out, i had my daughter's password wrong, when i went to unlink. wish they just add the ability to have multiple save files.
