Hourglass Skins
Will they be adding the Hourglass skins to the previous tool skin packs that they have already released? I'd love to have those skins!

I'd also like to know what happens if you purchase the item but don't own the DLC hourglass

Exactly what I have been wondering after getting the Rose and Gold set. I hope they do and that it adds it soon. Would like to do the Nightmare before Christmas set during the holidays some.
