Can't craft "Extra Fizzy Root Beer" for the Vitalys Mine thing with the water...

I have all the ingredients, but it won't let me use them. Apparently I'm suppose to add the "Dried Ginger" quest item to make it, but whenever I try to do that it won't let me make anything with it.

The "Start Cooking" button is grayed out and it doesn't seem to matter which order I try to do it in. I have the coal ore I need to use as well for it, I have everything, why is it giving me issues doing this quest?

- add 1 dried ginger (the one you got from the quest)

Please read the issue I described above before responding, the issue isn't the ingredients, I have the proper ingredients as I stated above.

Hi, I'm having EXACTLY the same problem. Add vanilla, sugarcane (then you can see like some kind of magic is trying to happen), then add the DRIED ginger, and then NOTHING! Options are all grayed out, CAN'T do recipe, therefore, CAN'T do quest! This is my 3rd quest, in a row, that I've started and haven't been able to finish because of a bug. This game is riddled with bugs, it's unbelievable! And you gotta run after them if you want any kind of help as the address they give in-game is invalid. Move on to the next quest I guess. Like my eggs (I have no eggs in my game, none whatsoever, and they're supposed to be the item which you find the most of, but I got NONE, nada), we'll see what they got in store for me next!
P.S. I understand your frustration when people just don't seem to listen to what you write... I'm gonna go try and write the game about this, we'll see what happens.

that is the place to submit a ticket. the eggs thing you get eggs from remy. you don't find them he will sell them. Unless you mean the easter eggs which are not currently in the game. those bushes appeared in april and then despawned after the event but I would expect to get the event again like the candy buckets.

I just had this same issue. I started up multiplayer and then closed it and it fixed the issue for me. I'm not sure how you fixed it, but that's how I got it to work again. :)

If you're having trouble with the Fizz glitched and can't progress in the quest line, here's what worked for me: First, put all the ingredients that you received from the chest in your bag (Candy and Dried Ginger). Then, save your game and exit. When you log back in, you should see that the quest has been updated. Remember it'll only work if your on the quest line. The dried ginger is specifically for the quest only.

So I was having the same issue bc I got INTO the mines before freeing Scar, which softlocked me from advancing bc I already picked up the ingredients. I unintentionally did this and this worked.
