Scrooge's Store Glitch

I went to the second floor of the shop and tried to purchase the sunlit plateau waterfall feature. Whenever I select to talk to Scrooge McDuck, he just pops up. He doesn't want to sell it to me I guess. so taunting

Lots of players have had a problem with buying that specific waterfall in Scrooge's store. I bet it shows up on the left at the top of the stairs. I've had it show up many times and been unable to buy it each time. Gameloft's Trello board says they are Aware of issue[trello.com] but it's not been moved to Actively Working on Fix. Who knows when they will get around to it but it will continue to taunt you as it has many.

did you click on it and screen went blank and scrooge appeared right next to it when you came to from the black out only to realize the purchase did not go through?

Maybe they can mail us all a fountain for the inconvenience :) I'll pay Scrooge COD. If I was incharge I would make about 20 fountains and send them to everyone. You get a fountain! you get a fountain!

did you change the time on your computer? were there items in the shop yesterday? I just logged in mine's normal.

There is a way to refresh Scrooges shop, unsure if this will help you.

Tomorrow when you log in go directly to scrooges shop if the problem is still happening, press ctrl alt delete to open computers task manager and kill/end task the disney dreamlight valley program without saving. The point of doing that is so the game does not do it's auto save. you have about 5 minutes upon first logging in before the first auto save.

Players do that to cycle store goods and can do it as many times as you want until game auto saves. Each time you log in should have some different offerings inside, usually for me the window displays never change and I have to sometimes do it a couple times before the offerings change.

Did you try that?
