event tasks are getting annoying, asking the hardest things over and over

event tasks keep asking the same things of me. fish up this rearest fish in the game, fish up that rearest fish in the game, craft this or that thing that you need the rearest thing in the game for and you hardly can cover the cost. let us refresh event tasks or let us stop kinds of event tasks that are annoying us or making us use all we gathered. let the players have some say in the tasks we get.

Not saying that some of the tasks aren't annoying, but fishing up rare fish is pretty easy once you can craft the buff potions. The fishing potion turns any white circle into a gold one.

(shiny gems, on the other hand. . . wheeee)


edit: also, if you're trying to farm up rare flowers - if you *only* pick those flowers, they'll respawn several times a day. Over a weekend, I grabbed the two Black Passion Lilies many times.
(they can be easier to track down for harvest if you move all the other flowers into a single area with the editing mode)

2 things with the flowers. the snow zone is bugged, and all of them show as red til you pick them up. also, my flower stock is running low all over the show, not just with the rare flowers.

i've just had it with the same things over and over, and having a very low chance to have an easyer task, an enjoyable task or a more doable task.

It does take a while in some quests.

I think the devs want to keep us busy longer so they include SOME tasks which take a longer time, because the item is rare.

Now that they offer LARGE storage chests, consider crafting a lot of large storage chests and just filling them with extras of anything you can pick up -- flowers, clay, etc.

That's true, good point; I have been collecting it daily for some time, because it's so hard to get.

The tasks aren't too bad, makes sense that some might take days since there isn't anything to do in this game but farm and decorate. What really stinks is the rewards they give, did a quest for Buzz requiring I give rare items and I got 10 of each of the flowers from the beginning Plaza biome as a reward. Lame.

@jygg yes some of the prizes lately...Maybe they were not allowed to develop new ones, or give work hours to developing unique prizes. Might not be the devs' or creators' faults. I don't know.

The Egg quest prizes are good, if people like tulips, and bunnies. I made a topic on how to do the Egg quests, if anyone's interested in those. The quests are not very intuitive. So I finally looked them up, and wrote up a short easy to follow version, here.

No one wants easy to find or common items as prizes. Dark wood or black lilies to replace what we had to give all of our stock for during the quests or making things, is nice, but it should never be common items, IMO, I agree with you on that, @jygg.

you should look up the dark wood hack! its not a hack that messes with your game, but rather a way of collecting it that saves you time and effort. ive cleaned out all trees except a few plaza trees that ive placed in the slightly lighter area near the pumpkin house. (you can place them anywhere but make sure you can see the dark wood with a path or something.) dark and light wood should spawn every 15min or so, so you can go back every once in a while to stock up.

Because of the colors? They are the correct color after you pick them up. There are topics about it, if that's the problem.
