"Meddling Mirabel" quest bug

I'm trying to do the "Meddling Mirabel" quest where I have to dig up a key and feed two raccoons. There's a bug when interacting with the raccoons though. The inventory menu that pops up looks different and is also empty. When I close it down and open my iventory again, everything's back to normal. I've tried restarting the game, nothing changed. I don't know if this might've been triggered by the fact that I tried to feed the raccoons before finding the key. Obviously it shouldn't happen regardless but I don't know if it would've worked if I found the key first.
