No more monthly events?

I have stopped playing weeks before the dream snaps update. Now i'm back, and there seems to be no monthly event. Is it gone for good or am I too early to ask?

The Star Path/battlepass thing hasn't been monthly since I started playing. They last 40+ days, and there's been a break between them. A new one seems to start when they do a new character/content patch.

as wesnef said they were never monthly. one ended at the start of august and there is an update coming. they are already hinting at the next starpath as well. there is usually atleast 1 month break between the starpaths, sometimes more but eh.

There is also the weekly Dreamsnaps photo contest, which you unlock by doing Vanellope's quests. Not a big "event", but it is located under the same tab in the interface.

The roadmap indicates there will be an update in September. We will have to wait to find out how early in September. The game launched on 9/6/22 so I would not be surprised to see an anniversary related event to mark one year.

Ohh!! I see I see, yeah, you guys seem to be right about it not being monthly. hehe. Guess i used the wrong term, should be re occurring? Thanks for letting me know! :D
