No one can help you without some help from you.
My random guess would be your graphic card or CPU is overheating. (assuming you are on PC) Likely cause is dust. A compressed air can is a cheap potential solution, and it won't hurt to blow it out anyway.
It could be your thermal paste is wearing out. A more involved solution required. Usually, that would mean your rig would be crashing at random times regardless of what you are doing so I would wait on that.
