Why are they making us craft things we don't need for the Star Path

Making us craft a Fountain and Balloon Arch for points in unforgivable!! I had it with this game! I almost quit last time due to the Balloon Arch but I though that I like Simba enough to see it through.

The time gating and this requirements in the Star Path is aweful! Anyone else feel the same?

I know right? Having to get 20 black rare flowers in one sitting just won't happen. It takes hours for flowers to appear again. Which means that you have to play for days just to get enough to make the balloon arch to complete the event.

I find it cruel to make the player do that, and from my memory, we had to make the same black, yellow, and white balloon arch in the last event too! What I also find cruel, is giving villagers food and not getting the benefits of that food. Like, it's just a waste of resources and time spent gathering those and making the food.

I feel a little bit of relief that I won't be playing the game anymore after I make this dumb balloon that I will never place in the village.

Good thing that you literally have 40 days to gather the flowers.

XD i get the ones that say 3-5 daily discussions with someone, give 6-8 favorite items as a gift, being a hoarder the Fountain wasn't too bad, the one i messed up was im so use to seeing the arch one so i made that... this time they wanted a cluster made so big ops on that

Yes, I want to spend approximately 40 days opening the game for a little and getting approximately 0-2 black flowers per day.

I mean if you do it once a day there are always 2 when all flowers are spawned. right now they look red on the ground but there are still always 2.

This game is designed for consoles and using a controller (you wouldn't think that, seeing as how buggy the controller actually is), so they can't have any kind of keyboard activity going on or console players would be upset.

Yes, you are right. At a full respawn of flowers you'll always get 2. But a full respawn can take 1-2 hours. I did not time it but am approximating with what I've noticed.

I noticed that if I only pick the rare ones and leave all the others then the rare will respawn faster. Example there are 2 yellow nost. in forgotten lands I only pick those as I have 100 of all the others, can come back several times a day to get more yellows as they will spawn to fill the two empty slots. Same with the black lily (except with the color bugged I pick them all then drop the others back) again the 2 black rares will respawn faster if all the other colors are left behind and I was able to get 10 to 20 a day depending if I logged in every couple hours.
In the plaza I just pick the pink ones now - and again they respawn fast since all the other colors are 'filled' up. (I keep a large trunk that has 50 stack of every flower and top it up after events.)

I do the same for black sticks in forgotten lands - I pick only the black sticks and leave all the white - seems the black sticks have a limit of 5. Anyway only black sticks then spawn to fill them and so I got like 300 black sticks stored now for making large chests.

I hate to be that person, but I don't bother with the Star Path stuff. If you don't like the tasks, then just skip it, right? Idk, I'm just saying. All of the Star Path stuff is busy work; if you don't like busy work then . . .
