My game is broken beyond compare. I cannot complete my quest, furniture has disappeared from stores, and with this I can't even complete the monthly events.
I have relogged, reinstalled, everything. I've patiently waited for this latest update in hopes it would fix my game. It did not.

Can someone help me?

Try syncing your rig clock to current time. Some of what you describe is linked to time traveling (in any game) that can mess up the spawn rate since this game is linked to actual day/night cycles.

Didn't change any time related features. The spawn rate of objects outside of buildings is working as intended. Thank you, though!
