Unlocking Olaf issue

I'm where I'm suppose to use my watering can on the sparkling water particles near the pillar. but there isn't any. I think the water particles might have glitched out during when I was moving objects around trying to get around Frosted Heights while I was in this quest. couldn't complete it so I just went on to Mirabel and Simba's. Now that I've maxed out on all Disney characters but Olaf and I'm at 9.5 with Simba. and waiting on his tree to grow. I'm wondering if it really is a glitch because I can't move on with Olaf and I need him to finish up on a event duty. Also I've gone back to Merlin and Olaf to see if it register's a talk scene.. nothing. is it a glitch or do I just need patience?

Yes I have and I've just maxed out my friendship with Simba. I have now unlocked and maxed out my friendships with everyone (24/25) except Olaf, which I can't seem to even unlock him as a friend because he's just stuck in the cave armless.

Please note that you need to water them in a specific order. Pillar in the frosted heights biome>inside the cave closest to the exit > and inside the cave close to the portal. Good luck!

Did that nothing happens. messaged gameloft only for them to tell me to do exactly what you told me and what dreamlight wikki has told me to do. Nothing. messaged gameloft again to say that I'm still having issues; I get 2 replies back wanting to know how their service was. so idk still stuck.

I just started playing this game after taking a break and got to this quest. I’m stuck too. Looks like I’m quitting again.

How can we water the first mound of ice if it's not even there in the first place?
