Needing clues how to figure out the crystals needed for the blizzard quest

I have tried all regular crystals..maybe it is shiney,

If you're asking about the gems puzzle in Olaf's cave, you need 1 Amethyst (purple), 1 Citrine (orange) and 1 Emerald (green). Just the regular gems, not shiny. The pillar you put them in matters.

In Olaf's cave, facing the gem pillars, front to back looking towards the portal:
On the left, Red, Orange (Citrine), Yellow.
On the right, Purple (Amethyst), Teal, Green (Emerald).
