No internet connection issue

Is anyone else’s game not connecting to the internet? For a week now I get a message before getting to the title menu that says “No Internet. Cannot connect to the Internet. Check your network status and try again.” ang gives me the options to either continue offline or connect to the internet which doesn’t work. I know is not my connection since I play other games and go online with no issues. I deleted my network and reconnected it just in case but still the same. I can play offline with no issues and the game runs almost flawlessly on the Steam Deck. Any help is appreciated it.

Ive had this problem for two weeks now. Ive tried everything to fix it. the only thing i havent tried is using a vpn. I contacted support and all they said was to try hotspot or use a wired connection instead of wireless. Also said the team is working on a fix for the issue but who knows when thatll be.

I just verified my files and it seemed to have worked I haven't been able to connect for a week

VPN worked for me. I recently encountered this issue when I tried firing up the game a couple days ago (after being absent for a month or so). I used proton VPN's free VPN service to help me load the game up. Worked first try using the first random server they gave me (a Japan based server was the one I got).

Well the servers apparently just went down at the time of this posting.

Definitely a big issue. Since I posted this I never played the PC version again. I have no issues playing on the Switch but the PC one never wants to connect to the internet or sync.

I posted this over a year ago and still have the same issue on both PC and the Steam Deck. I keep playing with no issues at all on the Switch. Some people suggested connecting to a VPN which a have not tried but I might soon.

this is from when the server was actually down, yes the game still loses connection sometimes but if you go in settings and hit the button to sync the cloud it should fix it. this post was from when the servers were fully down for everyone
