Maybe just move on to another game you like/enjoy, no sense in trying to enjoy something you clearly don't like. It's not for you, no big deal, it happens, good luck.
All the reasons you are posting are the reasons I quit and refuse to give them any more money. I have over 200 hours played, so I got my initial money's worth, but it's just not an enjoyable experience any more (most of that time was spent between events gathering resources and not actually playing).
My husband usually points out that back when we were young and new pc games were released, it was never early access, always ready on a cd and they literally never had any bugs or glitches.
Cause they actually playtested them before releasing.
Today everything is just a money grab.
Facts. I think younger players grew up with this early access stuff and think glitches and bugs are normal. They're not, it's just lazy. These game companies make a ton of money and don't want to pay enough competent workers to test and fix their games.
