How are you certain it is in one particular pond? That is a major problem with the quest is that you really can't see all the bottles.
(For instance: In the swamp, it all looks alike! Rocks, reeds. But look very very closely.)
And then just fish everywhere around that spot.
One of the bottles near the island can be seen but to fish it, have to land the hook in front of it, not over it.
From an accessibility (disability) standpoint this quest was very badly done. Even normally sighted people couldn't find the bottles or see them right in front of their eyes. How about anyone with visual difficulty?
I have to take pity on you. I hope it is OK to link to this game guide. For me this page with the precise and up close images worked best. Be sure to look closely at the shapes of rocks etc., in the swamp biome. There are a lot of the bottles there and it all looks the same.

Hope this picture helps. By some bottles you need to fish a little bit beside the bottle until a golden/orange circle appears. That means you got it.
At some point I suggested the ability to toggle outlines or sparkles or something, it's an accessibility (vision) issue as well as simply being a bit difficult in this challenge.
Aww! You're so welcome. I am so happy if it helped at all!
And SO happy you found the last one! I remember how relieved I felt finding that last one!
Thank you so much for updating and letting us know!
