Report a translation problem
You do know you can put flowers in your inventory/drop them and pick them up and it counts as harvesting them again (they self plant).
You can semi-cheat this, by moving the travel well over into the other half of the zone, so you can go there and harvest flowers. You can also move flowers in edit furniture mode and drag them onto the other side of the river.
(if you're just looking for one color of flower, drag all the other ones into a flowerbed so you can see where the new ones grow, and JUST harvest the color you want. They'll respawn faster since it's only bringing back 2-4 flowers.)
edit: I've had all my flowers arranged in a neat block in each of their zones for awhile. So I can find & water the dry flowers easier. When some crafting or duty task needs me to get a bunch of them, I'll just pick up the ones I need. You can harvest the 2 black flowers in the snow zone several times a day, for instance, if those are the only ones the need to regrow.
