Rainbow fox missing

I made the rainbow potion and gave it to the stone fox but its not in my companions. Any idea how to fix this?

okay and now the jacket I just unlocked from the star path also isn't there.

The only suggestion I have is that Gameloft made it super easy to find new items by putting them at the very bottom of the pile instead of on top. The UI for the game is super bad and the choices about how to populate your various inventories is even worse.

I had no problem getting the fox. Did you get the little animation showing you received it?

Not sure if this is a bug, but the Rainbow Fox does NOT show in your Collection. However, when unlocked you can select it when going to the Wardrobe and select Companions.

Edit : Actually I don't think it's a bug as none of the special companions show in the Collection.

This is what I had to do too. It doesn't show up in the companion collection, but it's there if you add it as a Wardrobe option.

Oh wow I will have to check. All other companions I've gotten either from star path or the set I bought showed in companions.

What items count as a wardrobe? I put a bunch down and they are just storage like a chest.

NVM you mean the wardrobe when you open inventory. I also don't see the fox there in the companion tab in the wardrobe or searching all.

It should be in the companion tab when you open wardrobe. If you're absolutely certain it isn't there, send in a help ticket on gameloft's site.

Yes mine was in Wardrobe also. Not a greatly intuitive place to find our pets. Maybe someone sprinkled treats in the wardrobe (closet.) 😂
