Open the furniture menu, and one of the options is now "House". If you have additional houses (ie. you bought more house skins - the cottage, Eric's Ship, the Villain Castle, etc), they will be there, and you can place them into any space as you would with anything else (outdoors, obviously). Only problem is that the new houses you place start empty/from scratch. Gives you more to decorate, but doesn't give you access to any inventory chests that you may have in your first house.
Oh I see. I only have one additional house, so I have to use the original house as my main one, and then the cottage shows up. Thanks!
