That is pretty important to know. Wonder if that's something that will go for all future "house skins" they sell?
I agree. It's very confusing.
I don't know how it went before the update. Maybe then it was only skins for changing the exterior of the main house? Those, I didn't want. Too costly for a skin and I liked my cottage looking house.
I'm guessing before the update it would replace the main house, if we could not yet place an avatar house in another Biome.
I'd buy various skins too for avatar or NPC houses, if they cost in the low 3 digits.
Edit: I was still half-afraid buying a house would automatically replace my avatar house even if I saw the house in the House tab. But the original was unchanged. Makes sense because I have multiple floors and doors in the original and the new one has only one. One floor, four rooms.
Edit again: It might be good to have the option to use it as just a skin, also.
You can. Go into build mode while outside, click on your house and press middle mouse button for "replace", then choose a new skin.
When i put the original house back, my energy bar is filling up again.
Any advise to solve this problem.
