An Important Night at the Restaurant - Veggie Casserole doesn't work

Hello! I don't know if it's a bug or not, but I've been trying several times to do the improved version of the veggie casserole with spice for Remy in his first quest. But I can't give him the meal, so I'm stuck and can't go on the quest (and I can't go back to try with the pizza).
I've been doing with one or two spices, but neither works.
Has someone else had the same problem?

i barely remember that quest but don't you take it to the window to turn it in?

I think you have to go to that little window/shelf thingy by the door to place it.

It doesn't work. I can only interact with Remy and the cooking station.
I went all around the room to be sure :/

I found the problem: I took the cooking book Remy gave me with the basic recipe out of my inventory, that's why it didn't work >>
