"The Forgotten Project" - one of the three crates didnt spawn, what can I do?

It's the quest with Donald Duck, and you're supposed to find three crates in the Sunlight area. I found two of them very quickly, but haven't found a third since they're so bright and sparkly, I would have seen it.

I've restarted the console / uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no luck. Any suggestions?

Thank you, I've seen this video, and the chest simply isn't in the area it's supposed to be in.
In the video you can see they're bright and sparkly, I've scoured the area for hours, it is 100% not there.

I removed all of the trees in the area and rocks and restarted the game, and after I restarted it was in the large fountain.
