Golden Potato & Early Access Items missing?

Just started a new game/reset my profile to have a fresh start with the new patch.. upon entering the new game, I noticed the golden potato & both early access items are missing. They show up as "claimed" in my mail, not in the inventory/chest though.

Weren't you warned repeatedly that claiming the items would only be available on 1 save, when they are pushing you towards having an account and cloud save so you don't lose stuff.

I never heard of any warnings regarding items being only available on one save.

I had to restart because of a bug that i reported and was advised to restart.

Did your items turn back up?

Yes i have now got the golden and red potato they the red potato just appeared after me doing the golden quest one which i had not got before.

I have the same issue - no potato after restarting.
The problem solves itself without having to go through customer service?

Yes castle and realms there are accessible but still no potato. How did you acquire your potato? Mail claim or it appeared for pickup somewhere?

OK thanks. Mail still shows already claimed :/ I guess I'll have to wait for Customer Service to fix this :/

My golden potato disappeared after starting a new game/resetting my profile. If I remember correctly, that issue was supposed to be fixed with the recent update, but I still don't have the potato back.. don't think I ever will at this point.

(I contacted Game Loft about this months ago, they said they are working on it..)

Same problem, also contacted customer service and no reply yet.

Same here...Lost everything after 1600 hours of gameplay...was forced to reset all my hard work! Now I only have half of my DLC items and no red potato or my golden potion. I too contacted support and have heard nothing back for days.

All my moonstone, starpath and founders stuff returned but I do not see the potatoes anywhere. I hope you can help

I contacted the Customer Support about a month ago, they were able to give me the missing things back manually. I highly recommend just putting in a ticket yourself, describing your problem. Waiting times seem rather long, but it's worth it. Hope this helps :)
