Blue star lilies

I am having problems finding the blue star lilies i am short of one and cannot find one anywhere which means i cannot complete the quest set by buzz to make the Blue and white balloon arch

The best advice is to pull up all the star lillies, as they randomly respawn. You may get the blue ones you need. It does take some time for the flowers to come back, so you have to be patient.

Have you tried the other side of the biome? (Assuming it is blocked for you right now)

Move the well to that side if you want access.

Im 156 hours into the game and opened all biomes available that i can see, i just needed 1 flower, managed to get it now, i logged out waited half an hour then logged back in and i found 1 straight away.
