Woody's Carousal not moving even AFTER completing challenge?

Hi! I'm hoping this is happening to someone else and I didn't somehow glitch my game.

So a few weeks back, Woody's Carousal disappeared. With the latest update on 2/16, it was back in the "Homes" tab of Inventory. However, the Carousal looks just like it did when I first got it. Broken down, not moving or anything. Woody's challenge is still completed, I've tried clicking on the house, going inside, talking with Woody, etc.

Anyone else having a similar problem? Is this just a glitch they know about and will hopefully fix?

Mine still looks a little scuffed, but I don't think it is the initial broken down state. Definitely not animated if it is supposed to be.
Finished the level 10 friend quest and it is illuminated and running now.
