No Oysters on beach in months

I've tried digging the whole beach and moving everything and I only get the pink and pale blue - no oysters any ideas?

I had almost the same thing happen, only getting 1 or 2 ever so often. It turned out I was forgetting the little beach area you can cross the sandbar to over at that little island part, a bunch of them were on the sand. If it's not that, I'm not sure what else might cause that.

I believe there's just 1 oyster at a time. So if you can't find it, check hidden places. Like in the dark mist around the stone pillar.

They are quite rare usually, if you need some just pick up all the shells and wait for next round of spawns.

I picked up all flowers shells and broken all rocks and corals for months nearly every day, I've searched the island too. I even went in furniture mode and moved every item on the beach and dug up nearly the entire beach - not one oyster since last fall sometime. I have 29 in inventory so I know they used to spawn. I found a few rocks clipped into the beach wall near the swamp even. They should not be that hard to find. This is seriously frustrating.

Finally found the single oyster it must have been clipped in this cliff-side for months - I never went back there before but since it could not be found by moving every beach object I figured it had to be clipped inside something immovable... and yes it was. Thought I'd post this in case anyone else is looking for missing oyster
