Passion lilies

For some reason this morning some of the passion lilies are not coming up with the pick up option is anyone else having this issue?

Try giving them a little water and see if you can pick them up again.

I've had this issue a few times. If you dig around them with your shovel it usually picks them up.

Yeah, its the green ones for me, as they ^ said, you can dig them out instead.
Seems to be a small issue introduced with the last update

I usually water them and can pick them up after that. Didn't realize it was a bug.

It's a graphical bug. When a flower is dry, it will appear as a blackened version of the original flower. In this instance, they don't appear that way. It appears to only affect passion lilies. Why? Don't know, but yeah, just water and collect.
