I agree. I've got stuff I've "won" from chests & quests that I really don't want. Maybe that will be something we can do in the future.

I know someone in the discord asked in a post a thing to be able to sell or brake them down for materials hopefully something like that will get added

I have every clothing item except one (that you can't currently get in the game yet) and I'm still getting clothing items from the chests. It should see I already have that item and give me something else instead.

i absolutely agree, i would love to be able to sell stuff too. or at least break it up for material gain. there's stuf i have multiples of and also stuff i simply don't want.

It'd be nice if duplicate clothing/furniture from chests would just auto-sell for either a generic flat rate or half the price of the item in question, a bit like how Overwatch 1's lootboxes handled dupes.

my wife accidentally spend 13,000 coins on a bunch of sinks. there should be a way to sell them.

Being able to return them to mats might be useful. Long term, the coins become meaningless. I am quickly approaching $40 Million in coins and 3 Million plus in Dreamlight.

This is likely why they have not introduced this function. Unless they radically change how the economy works- read that as make everything insanely expensive- the coins and dreamlight just become placeholders to demonstrate progress. They have no practical use in the game.

Pumpkin farming...look into it.
