Woody's quest impossible to complete - ice cream sticks

Hi,
I'm very worried because one of the ice cream sticks you have to collect for Woody glitched in the texture of a cardboard box, making it unreachable to collect. So I cannot currently complete the quest. Are you having the same issue?

I had issue at start of toy story realm the batteries took a few minutes to spawn I had to go around the room a few times before they would, now same with pipe cleaners and ice pop sticks.

I went around the room a few times and exited the realm and went back in and spoke with woody again and can't seem to spawn the pipe cleaners or ice pop sticks.

Try using the shovel on the bags of trash in bedroom.

me too I walk up to the pop sticks and pipe cleaners but there is no sparkle or access.

that is a little confusing having to use shovel to open the trash bags.

and the pick for the lollies / pipe cleaners ;)

Thank you all for responding :) I actually could use my shovel on the trash bag but it made spawn the sticks inside the cardboard box, so I can't reach them. Pretty much the same kind of glitch some people had with Merlin and the puzzle piece underneath the telescope... Hopefully this is fixed soon

Im having the same issue with the stick it landed in the green cardboard box i can hear it but cannot see it or grab it . Sad.

Shovel on trash paper to get pop stick and use icepick on candy to get pipe cleaner.
These items don't sparkle but highlight when you have the tool in hand like night thorns and mineral

I'm having the same issue. Tried talking to Woody, leaving the realm and even restarted the game.

Yeah I hope it will be fixed quickly because there's no other way to have Woody in the valley

You need the shovel on the whit bags looking piles and the pick axe on the ones with green pipe cleaners with dowel sticking out red and they don't sparkle is just find them and use right tools.
