can't mine anything or pick up any herbs

I was playing my game and EVERYTHING was normal, I was mining in the glade of trust and I went to a spot and it just stopped letting me mine, I went to pick up a mushroom and it wouldn't let me do that either. I'm super confused and never had this happen to me before.
I went to other areas and it won't let me pick up anything "spice" wise or any crops I had planted before

Side note: I know people are going to ask about the " time hopping" or whatever that is I've never done it, don't even know how to do it and have never even been interested it ever, and I've seen people that have done that have had similar issues.
