Remy's Restaurant customers

I'm trying to finish my pass missions but I can't get customers in my restaurant, I have max 1 person in there with Remy's max upgraded.
Is it a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

Early morning or evenings are the best times to find a customer. Goofy likes to be there around noon'ish.

you're not doing anything wrong, different characters just go to the restaurant at different times of the day

I'm having an issue with this too. I upgraded the restaurant once hoping it would get more villagers in, but since the upgrade nobody has set foot in the restaurant. Any ideas what's going on? This has been the case for about 7 hours now.

Looks about right. Kristoff there in the same table with Moana and Mickey in another table when I checked not too long ago.

Check at the start of every hour. That;s when people go the restuarant, go to sleep etc. It's a real time clock.
