Red Mushroom Quest Glitch??

Has anyone else had any of the red mushrooms near the willow tree in the Glade of Trust not spawn? I've gotten 2/3 but the last won't spawn. I've tried on my nintendo switch as well as Steam and waited days in between and nothing has spawned for my last red mushroom.

All I know that the last one was hidden in a corner on the willow tree. You had to walk around a bit to get them all.

Two are on the inner island next to tree, one is outside of the island at the creek bend.
