Having trouble decorating the Meadow

It says place 10 pieces of furniture, and I've tried picking up and placing or removing and replacing things already in the Meadow

I've decorated around Goofy's stall with a bunch of rocks, barrels, etc to make it cute
I've put down misc rocks and trees and even tried placing home furniture around but I only have 1/10 and I have no idea what the 1 i placed was

How am I supposed to decorate and move on with this quest?

Just pick 10 bushes out of the landscaping and put them anywhere they fit. You can remove them once you get the win. At least from my perspective, the areas are hard enough to navigate without adding my own obstacles.

Plus I get really nervous I am going to cover up spawn points that are useful/essential? to the game.

You're in the wrong biome I think, that quest is for the zone where Goofy's house is, I believe.
