how do you make Tasty Salad?

everytime I try to make it, all i keep getting is Hearty Salad. does anyone know how to make this thing?

The recipe is Lettuce, Cucumber, Any vegetable, Any spice

I had the same trouble. Try adding an extra vegetable. That unlocked the recipe for me. after that it worked from the autofill.
