Two game breaking quest bugs so far? (Mickey & Remy)

Hi! Been playing for a few hours, and I think I have already noticed two game breaking bugs that won't let me progress.

1) Can't finish Mickey's very early "Foodception" quest to make crackers and fruit salad. I have all ingredients but I'm stuck on the "Go to your house with Mickey to start cooking" step, since he won't follow me to my house even though I have all ingredients. Am I missing something in my house or do I have to do something to make him follow me?

2) I'm in the Ratatouille realm and have just spoken to Remy and started the quest "an important night at the restaurant". He's asked me to do some dishes, and the dishes are highligted on the floor but I can't pick them up or interact with them. Any fixes?

I think if you talk to Mickey, you can 'hang out' which will get him to follow you. As for the dishes, use your watering can on them. it should say so in the quest

I don't have the option to hang out, only get details about the mission or exit conversation. Seems like you have to do some missions in a specific order if you don't want them to break.

Thanks, it worked. Still same issue with Mickey though, I think I'll just start a new game.

You have to press " track" in the quest log, on his quest!!

I thought I had the same problem with the Mickey Foodception quest. You have to go to your house and get him to follow you inside. Once inside and you have spoke with him, he will gift you a stove. You can then place it and continue his quest

Thanks for your replies, I had to restart the game and try again to get Mickey to follow me into my house. Tracking the quest didn't work, there was no way to get him to follow me inside. Second try (only lost 4,5 h gameplay fortunately) after rebooting the game everything worked and he followed me inside and gifted me a stove. Seems like the bug was indeed game breaking.

I encountered the exact same thing, can't get him to follow me and sucks to find out that I have to start all over again

Yeah, there's no "hang out" option if you're in the middle of a quest and you aren't yet what the game reads as "friends." I had to finish like 3 quests for Merlin and two for Scrooge before I had the "hang out" option. Goofy was much easier, lol. I can't complete the Foodception quest -- he won't follow me into my home, no matter what I do. I'm going to have to start over and hope this bug doesn't happen again.

Are you guys still having the bug error for Mickey??

I'm having an issue with Remy, I'm to cook a fish dish, but every time I go to the stove, all my ingredients are gone.

I just restarted the game from the beginning and it worked. One thing I can think of trying is to give Mickey a bunch of presents and level him up to Level 2, then you should get the hang out option. Then try to hang out and go inside. Don’t know if it works, but maybe worth a shot.

No idea about the Remy bug though, sorry!

I can't get Mickey to hang out with me. The only options I get are to talk to him about the quest or leave!

Even after planting the wheat, the game wants me to read the recipe book... but I already unlocked the recipe by experimenting!
