Cloud Save won't allow me to create an account?

I assume this is a bug. When I enter an email address and password and hit create account, I get the loading sparkle for like 0.5 seconds and then nothing happens. It also doesn't allow me to select Create Account again, but the other options still light up when I hover over them. Anyone know a fix for this, or a run-around for it? I tried going to the website to create an account there, but other than signing up for emails, there doesn't appear to be an option to do that.

Can you could save with Steam? Or is it just via a Gameloft / Disney account?

same here... i have ultimate on epic and i cant access stuff from pack unless i cloud login

I actually managed to get to the point of getting an email with a code to verify before it crapped out on me, and now errors galore!

It finally let me create an account! But my verification email still hasn't arrived and it's been at least 20 minutes...

Anyone knows how long it should take for that verification code to come? I got to that part but I haven't gotten the email yet.

same, and I bought the ultimate edition and it says you need a cloud account in order to redeem it. It kind of sucks that I have to do this in order to get what I paid extra for, and the verification code just is not coming in.
