Ursula crystal key missing!

Has anyone else not received her key? I went to talk to her and my inventory was full so when she went to give it to me I emptied my pocket enough to receive it, and now it is no where to be found?! Has this happened to anyone else? is so how did you fix it if you did? i really don't want to start the game over again ):
Also when i go to talk to her she only repeats "Hi, dear!". I cant get anything from her at all. I am now stuck on Ariels quest because i cant talk to her to go further.

It doesn't look like a key, it looks like a crystal, so you probably just overlooked it. Check your inventory again. It will have the pink star on the bottom of the item to show it's a quest item.

This is posted as a known issue on the gameloft site. Basically the crystal key doesn't show up in your inventory. I have the same problem, but on PS5, and can't progress her questline. Hopefully they fix this in the October 19 update, I'd hate to have to start a new game as me and my daughter made significant progress elsewhere.

I'll check my crystals again, hopefully it will be that easy! lol

I really hope its fixed then as well if i cant find the crystal. I've made so much progress and I'm with you on not wanting to restart. Here's to hoping!!

Yes this happened to me but my pockets were full and never received it. The Quest proceeded thinking i had it and now i'm stuck because i do not have the crystal key to put into the cave and there is not patch or fix for this yet so i can't even get to the new content or unlock a numbers of characters. I've opened several tickets to gameloft with no luck. I've been dealing with this issue for 4 months and i've put too much hours in this game to just restart. I'm just disappointed their is not a fix for this yet
