Some items seems not able to create？

Some items seems not able to create even there are enough materials？
like: Map, broken carved Pillar Base, broken Pillar Base, Compass Ottoman, Low Sculpted Pillar, Mossy Circle Carving Stone, Mossy Eye Carving Stone, Mossy Fallen Pillar, Nautical Themed Couch, Ship coffee Table, Wide Arched Window ... ...

Some of those have to be unlocked with blueprints from Eric's table, others require your character to be at a certain level before you can craft them. What's your character level and your friendship level with Eric?

My character level 40, all friend level are max too

It doesn't sound like you did because all or nearly all of the items you mentioned are from Eric's blueprints. After level 7 friendship with him, you'll get a quest called "Back on the Waves" that starts the quest line for opening his blueprint table. Then you can purchase the blueprints from him, one a day at first and eventually 2 a day. I think there were only about a dozen blueprints in total.

I did, I thought that blueprint table was just used to get quest done
I can buy blueprints and create Items now, but only 2 Items per day...Prince Eric so stingy LOL
