White picket fence?

Okay I gotta be a dummy or something because I can't find anything on this and it's driving me nuts. I want to add more white picket fences around the plaza because I think they're cute but I don't have the recipe which means I only have access to the ones that are already on the ground at the start of the game but there aren't enough of them for what I want to do. Am I nuts? Can I not make these?

As far as I know, there is no way to get more of them. At least, not yet. Maybe they'll make them craftable at some point in the future.

Whatever is used to craft it is possibly in the unreleased area we haven't got yet. An area like that is implied by a few items we have no or limited access to (Characters can ask for strawberry pie and there's a spot where you can find a sapphire and a ruby). I presume the item in question that we don't have is related to the white paint?
