Hi, i planted the wrong seeds which is 3 tomato seeds, and it all grown as 3 tomatoes plant, i harvested it already and it wont let me plant for the 2nd times, is there anything i could do to fix this problem and progressing the main quest?

You should be able to dig new spots in place of the old ones. It can be a bit finicky but try to dig the new ones as close to the statue under them as you can. Then you can plant the seeds. Don't pick the plants up until the door opens, but do pick them up after as you'll need them for the next part. The seeds are 3 different ones, btw, which you have clues for on the tablet next to the statue. You need to plant a carrot seed, a wheat seed and a tomato seed (most likely in that order, starting from the dig spot closest to the door. I'm not sure if planting them in a different order works).

You can dig a new hole in front of the statues and plant the ones you got wrong.
