Ursula Missing?

I've done the quests to help free Ursula. But for some reason shes just missing now. It shows that her home is on the beach but her profile on the map won't appear and she isn't in the world anywhere. It happened two days ago and hasn't fixed itself yet. Help?

I am having the same issues but the only disney characters that disapeared are donald,moana,maui,kristoff, and wall-e.

I'm having the same issue! I tried googling anything on it, but none of the solutions have helped me. Hoping this is just a glitch and will resolve itself soon!

She vanished for me as well. One poster said zooming out they found her out in the ocean, they went and started fishing and she came over. Another one said they went into buildings and found her home and placed it. Then she spawned in.

I saw a streamer get the quest to place her home from her, so I'm going to try to get her naturally to request it. But not sure if she spawn in or not on reload.

(Also the puzzle piece lore orb at the bottom of the pit where you did the riddles to get the orb to save Ursula got stuck in the wall for me and isn't collectible. Not sure if that breaks her spawn?)

I find that characters disappear sometimes in general. Right now, Ursula, Maui, and Minnie off the top of my head are missing from my map but other times I've noticed other missing characters too. I think it's a despawning bug or something along those lines, the way I've seen certain creatures despawn and later respawn, if they get stuck somewhere in the world.

Ursula and Ariel are sometimes basically off the map.. or well, out in the ocean. Other characters can be hard to find because their icons are overlapping in Remys restaurant. Not seen any character actually dissapear though.
