No fishing spot in Sunlit Plateau?

I pretty far in the game currently (though not finished it yet) and unlocked all areas and the Sunlit Plateau is the only one where I can't find little bubbly fishing spot (I checked the other side with the pond too, not just the river part). This is common and need to do a quest to be active or I found a bug? My fishing collection is almost complete, I only need to fish a Walleye, which is said to be found there but this way I can't get it.

It's a bug for everyone. I don't think I've seen/heard of even one player that had bubbles in Sunlit Plateau, but on the "bright" side, you can still get the fishes from there with the boat from Moana's boat. "Bright" because it's very much so RNG based, so getting them consistantly is up to chance
