So I need to pick up a bunch of stuff to help Donald to move into the house and one of the items (jug) is stuck under the table, no matter where I walk or what I do I am not able to get it, thus I can't proceed with the quest. Any suggestions?

There will be a patch this week that will fix the problem of all those unreachable items. However, if you'd rather try to fix this yourself, here's what I did when it happened to me. Stand between the two bookshelves with your back to the wall. The table will be in front of you with the stuck item to your right. Now slowly move the camera back and down until the wall behind you sort of disappears but you can still see the bookshelves. As you slowly change the angle, you'll get a prompt to "pick up" item. Use E to pick it up without moving your character even though it feels like it should be out of reach. As long as you have the prompt, you can pick it up. Problem solved. I've shared this with numerous people and it worked for most, but it is a bit finicky, so you have to play around with the angle using your mouse. Good luck!
