BUG!! Attention Devs - WALL-E "A Friendly Exchange" Quest

Hello! So I seem to have run into a bug on the "A Friendly Exchange" Quest for WALL-E. I was able to collect the Bowling Pin, and the Toy Train, but the Light Bulb is stuck in WALL-E's house between two benches and I am unable to grab it.

It is seen laying on the floor and no matter where I position myself the only prompt that comes up is for sitting on the nearby bench. I have tried doing this with and without a character "hanging out" as well as while tracking and not tracking the quest. Please help :<

Almost the exact same thing has me stuck on the quest to clean Donald's boat - one of the items for the quest spawned between the table and the couch, and there is ZERO way to get to it. :/

I got the things but he wont go talk to her!
edit: scrap that... I just had to be patient and wait... he finally went to talk with her... took forever for him to go to her himself... (I logged in and out a few times and tried "bringing" him to her-.-' didn't work)

I can't seem to get the bowling pin and toy train, but picked up the light bulb without problems, sigh.
You have to talk to the right characters to trigger the two items, correct? All mine are just pretending like there is no quest, haha XD

Sorry can't help you about the others 2 when i saw i couldn't pick the lightbulb i stopped the quest because i didn't want to get encumbered with unusable items
Wasn't your lightbulb stuck in the house or your found a way around it ?

But it looks like Ashlyn_Black was able to get them so they shouldn't be bugged or anything.

I thought that too but no, you just go to their houses and pick the item up. It's not very clear lol.

I've checked all the houses and I can't seem to see anything? Does anyone remember where they were?

I think bowling pin was in Goofy's house and the toy train in Mickey's? If I remember correctly anyway lol. I think the train was on the table and the bowling pin was just on the floor

Thank you so much. Goofy was asleep, but I found the train with Mickey! I swear it wasn't there yesterday, haha XD But this is good news, maybe not bugged for me ^_^

Hi! I have exactly the same problem : i can't pick up the Light Bulb in WALL-E's house. Hope it will be fixed next week with the patch.

This quest is a troublemaker LOL. I had an issue were WALL-E kept body blocking me every time I walked into a house. He literally would stand right in the doorway and I couldn't wiggle past him. I finally figured out if I took out the camera he would move around to stay in frame for a selfie and got him to move like that, lol.

I got myself stuck trying to get the lightbulb and couldn't get free, so I saved and quit out of the game and now I'm stuck waiting for WALL-E to go talk to Ariel. It's been a whole day and I'm still waiting for it to trigger. Hopefully it'll be fixed with the patch.

I was able to get everything and my next quest step was to listen to the exchange. I spent forever following wall-e around, choosing hangout, getting the in the same areas and Nothing. They just won't talk

I updated my game today but i have still the bug. I can't catch the Light Bulb in WALL-E's house :(
