Outfits friendships level 10 bug

I leveled both Moana and Minnie to level 10 in friendship, and supposedly unlocked the outfits but they are nowhere to be found in my wardrobe. Anyone having the same issues? I haven't checked the others to know if their rewards from level 10 also bugged out or if they actually unlocked

I can confirm this. I am missing all of the level 10 rewards for the 4 characters I have maxed (Merlin, Mickey, Donald, Goofy). I hadn't even noticed til I read this post. That will be disappointing cause I opted to max Ursula next for the dress.

Edit: the collection has noted that the character is maxed but the rewards are not showing in the clothing or furniture sections of the collections

Same here. My friend maxed out Merlin while playing on Xbox and can’t find the hat so I maxed him out as well to see cause her game has been more bugged than mine and it’s no where to be found. Hopefully since it’s universal they can see this and work on it

Apparently you need to do all the friendship quests for said npc to get the item/outfit that you'd "unlock" at level 10. Hopefully once all those quests are done, we will get it

You need to do all character frendship quests in order to get final rewards

Glad that the "missing" items aren't a bug, but it would have been great for the game to explain that you have to wait to get the level 10 friendship rewards

Same here, definitely go to their official discord and put it in their bug channel. Hopefully the more people who post their issue with it, it will get more visibility.

Bug still isnt fixed, I have also emailed them. I didn't realize this until I maxed Anna, Ursula, Kristoff, Goofy, Donald, Ariel and Merlin all at 10)- I am so disappointed

Leveling up to 10 just means you get the final event from the character....you still need to complete that final event before you get the reward.

The rewards for level 2-9 should automatically appear in your collection, but when you reach level 10 nothing is triggered and you don’t gain the item.

You haven’t done anything wrong, and it isn’t a bug in the game. This is actually part of the game’s design, it just doesn’t do a very good job of explaining it.

While the level 2-9 rewards are gained by simply reaching those friendship levels, the level 10 reward is only given to you when you complete that character’s story arc.

Elsa’s dress can only be unlocked by completing all her quests
Each character has a series of Friendship Quests, and as you reach each friendship level the next chapter of these Friendship Quests is made available.

To unlock the final character reward, then, you have to not only reach level 10, but also complete all of that character’s Friendship Quests (the last of which is only available once level 10 is reached).

Once you complete the final quest, the character will then gift you with the final reward and it will finally be in your inventory.
