WALL-E not enough trash piles?

I'm not sure if I somehow broke it or something but I have picked up all the trash piles in the area and I only have 57/60 so i can't progress the quest, anyone else had this issue?

Not to be that person, but are you sure you've picked them all up? I'm only asking because I also thought I'd run out of trash piles at 57/60, but then I found the last three a bit more hidden than the rest. They were near the crafting station if I'm remembering correctly.
