IDK IF IM BEING STUPID BUT ... i cant go into the cave bc it's blocked off by the curse.. any help?

Which cave are you trying to go into? The one where you first met Ursula is the one that's kind of tucked into the northeastern corner of the beach. It's not the one with the glowing pedestal outside of it and all of the gates inside that you have to do different things in order to pass.

What they said. The cave you first met them is in the far end of the beach, and not the one where you used a stone to unlock a cave. Because that cave is for getting one of the orbs.

If you went into the area of rapunzel to save the mother she put curse on whole town u have to do that quest before u can go anywhere

Yeah I realised I was trying to go into the wrong cave the whole time smh thank you though (:
